Description
This lightly colored ale is brewed with a blend of light and pilsner malt extracts with some flaked corn thrown in to soften things up. Cream Ale is top-fermented with ale yeast but ideally cold-conditioned like a lager for several weeks to reduce esters and result in a cleaner flavor.

This month's knocked all of our socks off. The peach flavoring works so very well with that crisp tartness of a Gose, and don't forget that little kick of salt to turn those flavors way up. This one is a keeper.
