Strong malt aroma and deep reddish color when used at up to 30% of the grist. Dingemans Aromatic will add a very strong malt aroma and a deep reddish color. Aromatic malt also improves flavor stability. This malt is rather low in diastatic power, so usage above 30% of the grist is not recommended.
Particularly suggested for Abbey Ales, Bocks, and Amber Ales.
