This is a physical gift card that should be treated like a pre-loaded credit card (we can not access the funds if the card is lost unless you have written down the card number and pin somewhere).
We will ship the card to you.
When making a purchase on the website, the gift card can be redeemed on the Checkout screen. At the top of the screen, above the Billing Details, there is a drop down menu. Change it from Loyalty to Gift Card, and then enter the Carn Number and Pin and hit Submit.
These cards also can be used in the store.
