This is a traditional German hefeweizen strain used to produce world-class Weizen beers. Balanced with mild clove and prominent banana esters, this strain will produce amazing beers. Stefon produces a slightly higher level of acidity to give your beer a super crisp finish. Slightly underpitching will help increase the banana character.

Their pitches are designed to inoculate 5 gallons (19L) of standard gravity wort (less than 1.070 SG) at 10.5 million cells/mL. All homebrew pouches are guaranteed up to 4 months from manufacture dated.

It is recommended to store your Imperial homebrew pouch in a refrigerator until it is time to pitch, no need to bring to room or pitching temperature. To pitch, remove pouch from refrigerator, massage and shake thoroughly mix and homogenize the settled yeast into solution. Sanitize, open and pour into fermenter.
