One of the world’s first Pilsner malts made with naked malting barley. All the grassy, floral goodness of a traditional Pils, without the astringency and weight of the hulls. Use 100% of grist in mash filter brewing or brew-in-a-bag. Use at a lower rate to cut astringency and explore new flavors in traditional lauter brewing.
Please note you may want to use rice hulls with this product, to avoid a stuck sparge.
