It was bubbling vigorously after ~10 hours.
1.042 to 0.996 in about a week.
Fermented at ~90f in a hot box and got very clean fermentation with a hint of white wine character. Could be my tap water, but it mimics a white claw base almost perfectly. You could drink it without adding flavor. Very nice flavors. Dropped crystal clear with sparkalloid and overnight cold crash.
