Oregon Fruit Products has taken the seeds out of the puree, which means up to 10% more product per can. The can size is great for use in a five to six gallon batch of beer. Add directly to the fermenter if desired. comes in its own juice and is designed to produce 5 gallons of delicious fruit wine depending on the recipe followed. Product is produced in Oregon and contains no preservatives.

Packaged in 49 fluid ounce can.
Aseptic puree is pasteurized at 190°F or higher for a minimum 20 seconds. Puree is cooled and aseptically packaged. Pectinase enzyme is used as a process aid.
