Description

Oregon Fruit Products have taken the seeds out of the puree, which means up to 10% more product per can. The can size is great for use in a 5-6 gallon batch of beer. Add directly to the fermenter if desired. Comes in its own juice and is designed to produce 5 gallons of delicious fruit wine depending on the recipe followed. Product is produced in Oregon and contains no preservatives.

Aseptic puree is pasteurized at 190°F or higher for a minimum 20 seconds. Puree is cooled and aseptically packaged. Pectinase enzyme is used as a process aid.
