Organic Evaporated Low Moisture Cane Sugar, 12 oz

Made from 100% certified organic sugar cane, this organic evaporated cane sugar is a “first crystallization” sugar. This means that the cane is harvested, the juice is extracted, it’s filtered and then crystallized all within 24 hours of when the cane is harvested. Since it is not processed like traditional refined cane sugar and contains a small amount of molasses, it maintains a light natural blond color. Use in cooking and baking as a 1 for 1 replacement for refined white sugar.
