Ingredients for making 2 gallons of Sake. We source our rice and koji from an Oregon sake brewery.

This Kit Includes:


  • 10 lbs of Polished Rice
  • 40oz of Frozen Active Koji Culture
  • Yeast Nutrient
  • Lactic Acid
  • Sake Yeast
  • Bentonite Clay(for clearing sake)
  • “Making Really Good Sake at Home” by Fred Eckhardt<⁄l>You will also need a fermenter, and a rice steamer for making your sake.
