Ingredients for making 2 gallons of Sake. We source our rice and koji from an Oregon sake brewery.
This Kit Includes:
- 10 lbs of Polished Rice
- 40oz of Frozen Active Koji Culture
- Yeast Nutrient
- Lactic Acid
- Sake Yeast
- Bentonite Clay(for clearing sake)
- “Making Really Good Sake at Home” by Fred Eckhardt<⁄l>You will also need a fermenter, and a rice steamer for making your sake.
