Small Hard Cheese Form with Follower (2 lb.)

Description

This small hard cheese form with follower can be use to make up to a two pound cheese, from two gallons of milk. This sturdy form can handle a pressing weight of up to 100 lbs.

The open bottom on this cheese form provides ideal drainage. Since this form does not need the amount of weight, for pressing, as larger cheese forms, it does not need a closed bottom to contain the curd mass.

Made from food grade polypropylene.
