Weyermann® Carafa Special Type 3 Malt
Coffee, cocoa and dark chocolate notes
A dark-roasted specialty malt made with unique manufacturing process that removes the husk from the grain and paired with an adapted roasting program, this results in the finest roasting aroma while minimizing the roasted bitterness.
Produces rich color, body, flavor and aroma without the harsh flavors and astringency typical of dark-colored grains.
Color: 450-490 °Lovibond
Usage: to 5%
