Weyermann Dark Wheat malt is very gently kilned and contributes a golden color to your beer. Flavors include bready, biscuity with slight toffee notes. Wheat malts are high in protein which lends to better head retention. The darker malt will lend a dryness to the finish that pale malts simply cannot.
Suitable for Dunkelweizen, Weizoenbock, Kolsch and Altbier.
