SHIPPING POLICY
- At this time FH Steinbart is focusing on providing quality brewing supplies to folks in the PNW.
- Shipping is not available at this time. Local pickup only.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Non-Perishable Items
- Non-perishable products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective.
- Please note: Returned products must be received and inspected before any refund or store credit is issued.
Perishable Items
- Due to their nature, perishable products are not eligible for return unless a product defect is present at the time of delivery.
- If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us promptly with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you.
WHAT DOES AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER MEAN?
- These are items that we CAN ORDER but DO NOT STOCK on a regular basis.
- When you purchase this type of item our store staff will be in touch with you to discuss ordering and shipping options.
- While we do our best to anticipate shipping or delivery costs for these items, additional fees may apply.
