To use plastic champagne stoppers, fill standard champagne bottles, leaving approximately 1 to 1.25 inches of headspace. Insert the stopper and drive down with a mallet and attach a wire hood to secure the stopper.

Package of 25. Cork your homebrewed Belgian beers with these corks made specifically for use with Belgian beer bottles. Our brewery-grade corks work well with a Floor Corker. A hand corker will not work with these corks.
Tip for corking Belgian beers - put a #7 stopper over the plunger rod of the corker so that only 1 3/4"" of the rod is exposed. This will stop the cork from going into the bottle too far. A wire hood can then be fastened over the remaining 6/8"" - 7/8"" of cork sticking out of the bottle. We have tried this and it works great!
Attention: These corks come sanitary in the bag ready to be corked into a bottle. Do not sanitize or boil these corks. If done so, you will ruin the integrity of the cork."

Package of 25. These microagglomerated corks are a simple and high quality option for sealing your wine. Through a proprietary process there is a removal of all TCA, which is responsible for "cork taint". Agglomerated corks are made from small cork pieces held together with a food grade binder. These corks are recommended for wines aged up to 3 years. The 22 mm diameter eases the corking process if using a hand corker. 22mm X 38mm, #8 x 1.5". These are slightly smaller than your standard cork, which makes them our recommended cork when using a hand corker.

This package of 25 is a high quality agglomerated cork with solid end caps. An agglomerated cork is a cork that is composed of many small pieces that are pressed and adhered together. As the quality of cork has declined many wineries have begun to use alternative corks, such as synthetics or these agglomerated corks to insure a good seal in their wine. These corks offer the assurance of a good seal while at the same time allowing the breathing properties that solid corks offer. Agglomerated corks work best with floor corkers as they are hard to put in with hand corkers (they do not compress as much).
