The best of both worlds, House is clean and allows malt and hops to shine. This strain is extremely versatile and flocculent enough to drop out of the beer quickly. Best strain choice for any and all English- inspired recipes, however, does extremely well in hopped up American styles too. House is clean at cold temperatures with increased esters as fermentation temperatures rise.

All homebrew pouches are guaranteed up to 4 months from manufacture dated.

It is recommended to store your Imperial homebrew pouch in a refrigerator until it is time to pitch, no need to bring to room or pitching temperature. To pitch, remove pouch from refrigerator, massage and shake thoroughly mix and homogenize the settled yeast into solution. Sanitize, open and pour into fermenter.
