Malty-sweet with notes of caramel, honey and pastry
A drum-roasted caramel malt that delivers a fuller body, improved aroma, and increased beer foam while also contributing to a fuller, rounder body and flavor. Imparts orange-red color, and mild notes of caramel flavor.
Caramel malt for reddish beer styles.
